“ In the Grand Jury Presentment agt Ann Rush alias Nanny Rush, Defendant, for having a bastard Child, the sheriff having returned a copy left. It’s ordered that an Alias Summons {second summons} issued against her returnable to ye next Court”

“ In the Grand Jury Presentment against John Kelly, Defendant, for committing ~ Adultery with one Anne alias Nannie Rush Defendants Motion of special imparlance is granted him untill the next Court ~ ”
